Time Swaram spends on a connected call, inbound or outbound, billed per started minute like a mobile phone bill. A 1 minute 20 second call counts as 2 minutes.
Each plan is a monthly amount that includes minutes: 200 on Starter, 500 on Growth, 1,000 on Business (1,111 on a 12-month plan). Extra minutes are ₹10 each. Unused minutes don't carry over.
Yes. Move up a plan whenever your calls grow. On a 12-month plan you can move up any time; moving down waits until the year ends.
